Breakfast is a fabulous affair, fresh, home-made, plentiful and healthy, served in the Refugio Restaurant down in the 16th century vaulted cellars. There is access to an air raid shelter here, built during the Spanish Civil War, which was discovered during the hotel´s renovations.

The original marble stairs and wooden bannister rise up to most of the 16 rooms, all uniquely decorated and varying sizes, some with their own terrace. Calm and light rule this delighful hotel.
