This beautiful old town house in the charming town of Medina Sidonia is a delight. Nr 9 Guest House is sensitively restored and furnished yet retaining lots of original features. Combine these with the comforts of today, fresh flowers, attentive owners and you have a fabulous place to stay.
With just three double rooms, one has a lounge area with a sofa bed, the guest house is perfectly located to stroll around the town, explore the narrow streets, enter through the Moorish gateways to the old part of town. Charm oozes both inside and out of Número 9.
The lounge has reading material, a fridge and coffee/tea machine for guests use. A pleasant spot to relax and learn a little about the town.
Our room with a tiny terrace, fresh flowers, sitting room and those gorgeous, old, original hydraulic tiles that I´m so fond of, it is just lovely and fabulously comfortable.
The roof terrace with 360º views of the town and over to the Atlantic Ocean is the ideal place to chill out at the start or end the day with a glass of wine and tapas available.
Breakfast is not served at Número 9 so there is no time limit here. There are lots of places to have breakfast very nearby so we strolled down to the Plaza de España for our tomato and olive oil on toast al fresco.
This is THE place to stay in Medina Sidonia. Find our more via their website Número 9.
